1. Many facilities for which the booking party may need to hire event decorators at extra cost elsewhere, are already provided with our Booking Package, such as Entrance Gallery, VIP Lounge and a Banquet Hall Stage with wonderful Heritage theme backdrop. Ample lighting and decoration is provided by the marriage home including Jhalar lighting and Chunri work, both included in the Booking Package. Extra decoration, including flowers and balloons, has to be arranged separately by the party.
2. Eight uniformed waiters and six cleaners are made available for large programmes, and five uniformed waiters and three cleaners are made available for small programmes.
3. Five spacious rooms with attached bathrooms and one large dormitory are available for accomodation.
4. Rooms are available from 10:00 AM on the day of programme to 7:00 AM the next day.
5. Kindly note that rooms are not provided prior to the day of programme or event.
6. Cooking area and store room are opened to the halwai only one day prior to the day of marriage.
7. Eight round tables and six chairs per round table, with covers, are placed in the open area.
8. Kindly use music and sound system within the decibel and time (10:00 PM) limits prescribed by the district administration.
9. Coffee machine and masala pisai machine can be availed separately at nominal cost.
10. The following items are not provided by the marriage home - kadhai, choolha, bhatti, tandoor - these items are arranged by the caterer or halwai engaged by the party.
11. Alcohol consumption and smoking are not allowed within the marriage home premises.
12. Use of firearms and fireworks is prohibited inside the marriage home.
13. Any inconvenience due to weather conditions such as rain or storm is not the responsibility of the marriage home management.
14. Owners are themselves responsible for security of their vehicles and belongings.
15. Balance payment is to be paid at the time of arrival of halwai.
